As a Talent Coordinator specializing in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Offboarding, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration of new team members into our organization, as well as facilitating smooth transitions during departures.
You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent, guiding them through the onboarding process, and managing the offboarding procedures with professionalism and efficiency.
