We are a home-like environment in Uniontown, Ohio providing care to the 8 individuals with developmental disabilities that live at the home.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will monitor, document, and provide health care services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities as outlined in their care plan.
Nurse/patient ratio of 1:
8 or 1:
16 depending on location.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, medication administration and active treatment of people served.
Requirements:
Current Ohio LPN license from an accredited practical nursing school.
CPR and First Aid.
Valid Ohio driver's license.
Requires at least one or two years of experience in a hospital, nursing home, or developmental disabilities facility.
Experience with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.
