As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process and ensuring seamless financial transactions with our valued customers.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Clerk:
Process customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
Reconcile accounts receivable records with incoming payments.
Assist in preparing financial reports, including accounts receivable aging.
Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Clerk:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in accounting is a plus.
Proven experience as an accounts receivable clerk or similar role.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
