Summary:
Responsible for completing quality assurance reviews within the Bank Operations department.
This will include review of all signature cards and other related documents for new deposit accounts and/or existing deposit accounts with recent changes.
Responsibilities will also include reviews of all consumer loan related documentation.
LOCATION:
This position is 100% remote within the Bank's footprint.
Employee will work full time remote outside of a WesBanco location (may occasionally attend in person meetings, although primary functions of the role are performed remotely).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Review new and revised signature cards Review of other deposit account documents (ex.
Business Resolutions, Certificates of Deposit, etc.
) Review of all consumer loan documentation Deliver customer service within bank defined expectations Answer incoming calls from branches regarding document errors and corrections Other duties may be assigned.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing.
You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of FIS IBS Insight and Image Centre applications preferred High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Customer Service and administrative experience required with bank operations experience preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
