Whitebridge Financial provides indirect consumer lending solutions for a diverse dealer network of service providers, retailers, and healthcare providers throughout the US. The Dealer Relationship Manager will oversee all functions of the consumer credit department while maintaining and building dealer relationships.
Key Functions &
Responsibilities:
Own and manage an assigned dealer book of business; develop touch strategy/ies to drive organic growth
Interface with sales department to onboard/train new dealers
Monitor loans submitted to ensure timely decisions are made and exceptions to Loan Policy are valid and within company guidelines.
Monitor work queues and perform quality assurance on all Credit Analysts to ensure loan applications are decisioned accurately and in accordance with Loan Policy.
Communicate results to management and staff by preparing and reviewing weekly and monthly department reports.
Hire, develop, mentor, train, motivate, and evaluate staff to perform at the highest level. Increase staff credit expertise.
Provide quantitative and qualitative weekly/periodic updates to executive management
Make credit decisions within assigned authority
Initiate process improvement and quality reviews to simplify and improve productivity
Facilitate monthly department staff meetings to update employees on department goals and loan policy and procedures. Maintain strong partnership with other departments including; Collections, Loan Servicing, and Sales.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
