CNC Machine Operator

Our client in the Uniontown area is currently looking for the perfect individual to run CNC or CMM and/or manual machines, deburr product, and do dimensional and visual inspection and SPC reports, when applicable, on products being manufactured. Also assist CNC machinist in set-up and break down of jobs.
Hours: Monday-Friday from 7:00am-5:30pm

Compensation: $14.00-16.00 depending on experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
o Machine operator for CNC and CMM manual machines (must be able to do own offsets when required.)
o Set-up and breakdown of all jobs to be manufactured.
o Ability to do simple programming.
o Deburr product being manufactured.
o Quality control/inspection of parts being manufactured including recording SPC data when applicable.
o Use CMM as an inspection tool when applicable.
o Must be able to read and use mics, calipers, height gage and other quality instruments.
o Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of machines.
o Comply with company safety policies and procedures.
o Other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
o High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Two years related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
o Must have reliable transportation to and from work with a valid driver's license
o Must pass pre-employment drug screen and possess a clean criminal history
o Must have previous CNC experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
