As a Corporate Sales Recruiter, you are responsible for all aspects of ComDoc recruiting, to include networking, advertising, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding and providing general staffing support to multiple locations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and expertise:
Builds relationships with all managers to better understand their unique hiring needs.
Employs current and creative proactive recruiting measures to attract appropriate candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, job boards, etc to keep the candidate funnel full.
Reviews resumes, conducts phone screens for skills, availability, qualifications and salary expectations and "pushes" qualified candidates to the local managers/administrative teams.
Communicates and "sells" candidate on ComDoc's brand and opportunities.
Ensures achievement of ComDoc's annual headcount. Also helps with acquiring talent in sales management and sales specialist roles as they become available.
Partner with college and universities to develop relationships as well as attend local career fairs.
Attends continuing education sessions, marketing and recruiting learning sessions to remain aware of current recruiting trends.
Ensures that sourcing techniques and recruiting practices are legal, consistent and reflect ComDoc's organizational values and beliefs.
Maintains metrics on recruiting activities, to include applicant flow, interviews, and hires. Updates and submits reports on a monthly basis.
Collaborates with parent and other core company recruiters on best practices and updates.
Prior recruiting experience required (2-3 years of experience)
Recruiting within the sales industry PREFERRED
Ability and means to travel on a flexible schedule, as needed.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
