This Data Analysis and Automation
Advisor will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and automating the use of
data and information within our organization. This role will build queries,
work with IT on the modification and creation of data elements, and also
present work output in the form of easy-to-read dashboards. In addition, processes will be evaluated to
determine if they are suitable for automation through techniques such as
robotic process automation.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

recommendations to stakeholders based on findings.

projects and ad hoc initiatives.
auto;text-indent:-.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">3. Creates and maintains dynamic business
intelligence dashboards.
auto;text-indent:-.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">4. Serves as the liaison between business and
IT on data and analytics related issues.bold">
auto;text-indent:-.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">5. Conceptualizes, builds and maintains
automated processes that solve business problems.bold">
auto;text-indent:-.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">6. Supports current portfolio of automation and
analysis tools.

technology related to automation and analysis.bold">

build relationships and work collaboratively.bold">

to all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Required
Education:
mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">
mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">A Master's degree in MIS, Data Analytics, Computer
Science, or a related field is required for this position
mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">Professional Certifications in Oracle Database, R,
Spotfire, Python SAS, or Robotic Process Automation is preferred
mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">
Required
Experience:
mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">
mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">2-5 years of experience with data management and
analysis is required
mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">5-7 years of experience with data management and analysis
is preferred. Experience in the logistics/transportation industry is preferred.

Job Elements:

mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">1. Advanced
skills in data mining and manipulation within RDBSs using SQL and PL/SQL.
mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">2. Basic
statistical analysis of data such as regression, segmentation, and time-series
studies.
mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">3. Ability
to design and build data models using industry-standard applications.
mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">4. Experience
with using robotic process automation software and other automation tools.
mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">5. Background
in BI tools for building dynamic dashboards.
mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">6. Strong
communication skills and ability to work collaboratively to complete a task.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
