The individual works on the Customer Care Center 360 App/FM Audit Team performing a variety of data entry tasks as well as software support. They provide superior customer service and support, using telephone, e-mail, and web-based remote access communication. Additionally, they will work closely with branch sales, service and support partners to satisfy customer issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Will perform a variety of data entry tasks
  • Supports on-demand network installs of software for customers and ComDoc personnel
  • During an install, remote into the customers computer using GotoAssist and install the software for the customer
  • Using the printer's web interface, verifies settings and IP addresses on the printers
  • Responds daily to customers to resolve FMAudit issues (through email/phone) following up as necessary to insure customer satisfaction
  • Assists in data management and integrity processes to ensure the FMAudit data remains accurate
  • Works to identify 'missing' devices at customers' sites and makes appropriate changes
  • Audits accounts helping to ensure all like models are contracted
  • Assists sales reps by generating volume reports for proposals and other customer interactions
  • Utilizing daily reports, SharePoint and Excel spreadsheets, to track fixes, account history and all new installs whether done by the FMA team or not
  • Assists in the Printer Add/Remove process, ensuring data accuracy and contract integrity

Associate's degree (A. A.) in applied business or similar field, or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
