We are seeking a Production Program Manager (PPM) to manage production programs and serve as a leader for the support individuals who are responsible for the administration and execution of production programs. The PPM assumes primary responsibility for program leadership, commitment to program success, and building solid customer relationships. Selected candidate can be based in Union, WV or Uniontown, OH. The Program(s) may require domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the face of the organization to Aerospace and Defense customers to support business growth and ensure service levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensures best in class performance for key customer metrics and scorecard results.
  • Leads the Integrated Product Team to drive performance and, when necessary, develop and implement return-to-green plans and responses to program changes.
  • Regularly communicate with leadership on program performance and risks.
  • Utilizes Program Management fundamentals and tools, Policy Deployment Performance Reviews, and driving metrics to plan and manage program actions and performance.
  • Identifies, coordinates, assists, and monitors Continuous Improvement initiatives within Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
  • Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas inside and outside the organization to develop improvement plans and drive actions in support of customer satisfaction objectives established by Product Line leadership.
  • Participates in and leads the negotiations of contractual changes, including coordinating preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, operational budgets, specifications, and financial and legal conditions.
  • Facilitates the Integrated Product Team (IPT) to drive financial performance and customer satisfaction for production programs, and implementation of the Product Line strategic plan.
  • Assists in the development of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Plans.

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited Institution with 5+ year s experience or
  • Master's Degree from an Accredited Institution with 3+ year s experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
